Kristin Davison
A recipient of the 2019 American Association of Political Consultants’ "40 Under 40" Award and one of Business Insider’s “Top 2022 Gen Z Campaign Operatives to Watch," Kristin Davison is known to push candidates and campaigns to work harder, grow outside their comfort zones, and advance to the next level. She has over a decade of campaign and policy experience, from local mayoral races to national presidential campaigns, from the White House to the British House of Commons.
Davison studied political science, but the foundation of her education came during her time as Chief of Staff for former Deputy Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush, Karl Rove, where she worked with statewide, national, and international campaigns, political groups, Fox News, and the Wall Street Journal. She also led the research, editing, and marketing of the two national best-selling books, "Courage and Consequence: My Life as a Conservative in the Fight" and "The Triumph of William McKinley: Why the Election of 1896 Still Matters."
Davison has worked on statewide campaigns and issue initiatives across the country, including Sen. Marco Rubio's 2016 presidential primary campaign and Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt's winning 2016 re-election campaign. She joined Axiom Strategies as a vice president in 2019, and during the 2020 cycle, helped recruit more Republican women to run for office than any year previously, electing two new Republican women to Congress. Currently she is working to get Glenn Youngkin elected the next governor of Virginia this November, as well as with a number of stellar 2022 Republican candidates for U.S. Senate, governor, and U.S. Congress.
