Kai Chen YEo
Kai Chen Yeo is a Partner at Echelon Insights, where she works with the dynamic Echelon team to further qualitative and quantitative research objectives. Kai Chen is an opinion researcher and works daily on survey, focus group, and digital landscape research and analysis to identify new and critical trends for clients across the corporate, nonprofit, and political spaces.
Kai Chen joined Echelon Insights from the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, where she coordinated outreach strategy to federal candidates in the 2018 Midterm Elections. In this role, she developed original elections analysis and conducted both long-term and rapid response research to support successful international affairs advocacy.
Kai Chen discovered her passion for political research during her undergraduate career when she supported an extensive research project on media frames around and public perceptions of immigration, while interning in the Capitol Hill office of Representative Bill Huizenga and with Amway’s DC-based Government Affairs office. Originally hailing from New Jersey and Michigan, Kai Chen graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and Eastern European Studies.
