Charles Blain
Charles is the President of Urban Reform, an organization focusing on free market policies that foster upward mobility for those living in major metro areas.
Charles has been published in the Wall Street Journal, City Journal, Forbes, The Houston Chronicle, The Hill, Wired, and Huffington Post.
A New Jersey native, Charles currently lives in Houston and serves on the Governing Board of Prison Entrepreneurship Program; the board of Texas Families First; and the board of Good Policy Society. He is also a member of American Enterprise Institute’s Leadership Network and was named by Houston Business Journal as a 2020 40 under 40 honoree. In September 2021, Charles was appointed to a 4-year term to the Texas Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights.
