Adam Brandon
A Navy JAG and Iraq War Veteran, Adam deployed to Baghdad in 2009-2010. Tasked as a liaison officer to the Central Criminal Court of Iraq, Adam facilitated the prosecution of over 130 detainees affiliated with groups such as Al Qaeda. Upon leaving active duty, Adam joined the Navy Reserve and provided legal support to Naval forces throughout Europe and the Middle East. Last year, he mobilized to Joint Task Force Guantanamo, where he served as the Chief of the Litigation Support Section. He continues to serve as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve.
In his civilian career, Adam is a shareholder at Rogers Towers, one of the oldest and largest firms in Jacksonville. Active in the Jacksonville community, Adam has served as the President of the Jacksonville Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society, and the General Counsel of the Duval Republican Executive Committee. Appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis, Adam is a Commissioner on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the First District Court of Appeal. He is currently a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives – District 16.
Adam has a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College, an M.A. in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He has been married for over 17 years to Kristi Brandon. They have two children, John (12) and Katherine (10).
